FOR COLLABS (INFLUENCER):
We’re open to working with influencers (particularly home decor, life style, and other shop owners) but we do have some requirements: You must have Instagram. While followers aren’t everything, we do require at least 10K active followers. Profesional pictures are required. How you obtain them is up to you! We will not reimburse for photographer fees. There are more requirements, but if you meet the two above, please feel free to contact us and we can discuss our partnership via email! (:
FOR COLLABS (SMALL SHOPS, WHOLESALE, LICENSING):
Small shops. We have worked with other shops before on various items including clothing, home decor items, stationary items, as well as knick knacks. We are always looking for ways to incorporate fiber art! Please use the contact form and let us know what you have in mind. Wholesale. Please use the contact form to inquire about our line sheet! Licensing. Please use the contact form to inquire about a licensing partnership.
SHIPPING OPTIONS: Shipping generally runs $5-10 for 12" and below (depending on design) and $12-15+ for any design above 12" due to the tapestries being long and heavy. Most items are sent USPS, however if any item is heavy or above 36", it will most likely go though UPS or FEDEX. All packages above 12" are sent priority, so they will include $50 insurance. You mad add additional insurance (recommended) as well as add insurance to a package below 12". We work really hard and pack our tapestries well to protect our beloved fiber pieces, but unfortunately postal accidents happen!
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: While we don't offer payment refunds, we do offer store credit. This applies to damages only, and the item must be sent back to me (at your cost). This is subject to approval and I will email you with my decision. Not responsible for shipping for exchanged items or refunded items. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED MAIL.
LOST ORDERS: Wool & Wood Co is NOT responsible for a package once it ships out. If you are worried about your package making it safe, please purchase additional insurance to cover your FULL order cost. You may email info @ woolandwood.co for this option.
